JSPS Core-to-Core Program: During MicroTAS 2019 conference, "JETMeE EPFL meeting" was held at Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) , Lausanne. On MicroTAS 2019 (The 23rd International Conference on Miniaturized Systems for Chemistry and Life Sciences) in Basel, Switzerland from October 27th to 31st, 45 papers are from the University of Tokyo group and 23 papers are results from our groups and its collaborations (Prof. T. Fujii, Prof. S. Takeuchi, Prof. Y. Sakai, and Prof. BJ Kim (LIMMS-CNRS-IIS), as well as Dr. Mehmet C. Tarhan (SMMiL-E)). IIS researchers and graduate students participating in the JSPS Core-to-Core Program presented their papers at the conference.

(日本語) 10月21日から22日の2日間に亘り、日本学術振興会研究拠点形成事業iLiteワークショップが開催されました。１日目は、「iLite joint LIMMS – UTC – JSPS Core to Core workshop on advanced liver bioengineering and biomedical microtechnology」の主題のもと、ポールブルース病院・肝臓胆道疾患センターにて開催され、２日目は、iLite (Innovation in Liver Tissue Engineering）分担施設であるコンピエーニュ工科大学（UTC) にて開催されました。

JSPS Core-to-Core Program: "iLite joint LIMMS – UTC – JSPS Core to Core workshop on advanced liver bioengineering and biomedical microtechnology" was held on October 21st and 22nd, 2019. On the first day, it was held at Centre Hepato Biliare, Villejuif, Frace and on the second day it was held at UTC (Université de Technologie de Compiègne), Compiegne, France which is one of the affiliated facilities of iLite (Innovation in Liver Tissue Engineering) project.

On October 11th, 2019, JSPS Core-to-Core Program: LIMMS Workshop & a Seminar of Anniversary Celebration for CNRS 80th and IIS 70th years, Univ. of Tokyo, was held at Soukairou Hall, The National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS) in Roppongi, Tokyo, very successfully. Prof. Antoine Petit, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the CNRS and Prof. Makoto Gonokami, President of the University of Tokyo attended and gave a talk, and many French and Japanese researchers and students from other research institutions, LIMMS related labs., participated in workshop.
